PayPal canceled my subscription. I did NOT want this!

PayPal can be such a pain! ;-)

We took this into account when building Imnica Mail, and as such, not to just delete accounts.

Your account will remain active till the end of your billing period, at which time it will be suspended.

You can signup again at any time, using the SAME account email as originally, and your service will be back to normal. If you signup before the end of the current billing period, there will be no interruption of service.

You just signup for the trial again, then you would need to send the balance amount directly to our PayPal account which is paypal@imnica.com.

Please add a description when you send us the balance payment.

When your done with the above steps, let us know the transaction ID of the balance payment.

    Hi Steve,

    Yes, you can pay via credit card. There are two ways to do that:

    1. You can add your card to your PayPal account and use your PayPal account to pay.

    2. You can use 2CheckOut as a payment option and use your credit card to pay directly

    You can select either payment option when you place your order on our Plans & Pricing page:

    Hi there,

    To get your opt-in form code, you simply need to click on the List tab, then click on the name of your list and on the page that appears, click the 'Create Subscription/Unsubscription Form' button on the top right.

    If you never delete accounts - you must delete subscribers in the accounts then? I just signed back up, and it assigned me the same password as last time - so I figured everything would be kosher. But there are no lists or subscribers in there?? So what's the point of keeping the account if you trash the data in it? Or am I missing something?

    Hi Jenny, we never delete accounts upon subscription cancellation due to PayPal that is known to cancel subscriptions on some occasions. However, our system does run routine checks and if our system should find a suspended account that has not been re-activated within a certain time frame, our system will then delete the account.
