Unable to use single opt-in

Single opt-in is only available on paid plans. The free plan is forced double opt-in.

To create single opt-in lists, you would need to upgrade your account to one of our paid plans by simply signing up (using the SAME account email address) here:

Q: How can I create a paid account

    ==========================================================================================

    Hi Roshan,

I assume you would like to upgrade from a free account to a paid account.

The only way to upgrade, is to cancel your current subscription, and then signup for the level you want, using the SAME email address you use to sign in with.

That way, your account get's upgraded, and everything remains intact.

    Kind Regards,

    Raymond Dwyer

    Hi Roshan,

If you are on a free account, you can sign up for the paid account using the SAME account email address, and the system should upgrade you automatically.

If you're on a paid account, then you simply go to your Paypal account, cancel your subscription, and then sign up for the new plan using the same email address.

You can sign up for the plan you want here:

    Kind Regards,

    Now which answer is correct.?

Raymond Dwyer : I assume you would like to upgrade from a free account to a paid account. The only way to upgrade, is to cancel your current subscription, and then signup for the level you want

Sagar Mehta : If you are on a free account, you can sign up for the paid account using the SAME account email address, and the system should upgrade you automatically.

What ever is the correct answer...I can't use my paid account still it is shown as the free account.

I need to get this fixed ASAP. Else wave my 2nd month subscription.

    This is very Bad Service.

    Hi Roshan,

We sincerely apolgozie for the inconvenience.

We've already upgraded your account based on your support ticket on the issue but I wanted to respond here for the benefit of anyone who runs into the same issue.

If you upgrade from a free account to a paid one, or from a paid plan to a higher paid plan, and your account still shows as not being upgraded, simply open a support ticket with us and we'll manually upgrade your account.

    Hi guys,

I have a question. For now I've created a free account at Imnica. Someday I will be interested in upgrading. For this to happen I see I must cancel my current account and then create another, a paid one?!?  Then what will happen to my subscribers? In the free account you should place an Upgrade button to make the transition smoother.

    Hi Danny,

When you are ready to upgrade from a free account to a paid account, you can just signup for the level you want, using the SAME email address you use to sign in with.

That way, your account get's upgraded, and everything remains intact.
