Help, My Confirmation or Autoresponder Emails Aren't Being Sent Out!

In this article, we're going to go through the reasons why your autoresponder messages may not be delivered to your subscriber.

There are a couple of scenarios. Choose the one that best describes your issue:

a. I have a double opt-in list, and my subscribers don't receive a confirmation email

This issue may occur if your list settings are incorrect, or your confirmation email is not set up correctly.

b. I have a single opt-in list, and my subscribers don't receive any autoresponder emails

This issue may occur if your list settings are incorrect.

c. I added a new autoresponder message, and it is not being sent to my subscribers

This is a known 'issue' where existing subscribers do not get autoresponder emails added after they subscribed to your list.

d. I have a subscriber sign up to two lists at a time, and they don't get any emails from my second list
