Creating a Subscription Form

You can create a subscription form to place on your website/ blog to allow your visitors to subscribe to your newsletters.

 

Here's how to create a subscription form :

 

Step 1.

Go to the "Lists" tab.

 

 

Step 2.

Click on the list you want to create the subscription form for.

 

Step 3.

Click on "CREATE SUBSCRIPTION / UNSUBSCRIPTION FORM"

 

Step 4.

Click on the "Options" tab.

 

Step 5.

5.1 Select the all the custom fields you would like to add to the subscription ( press and hold the control key on your keyboard(Ctrl) and select your custom fields).

To create a First Name Custom Field, you use the steps listed in this Article.

To create a Surname Custom Field, you use the steps listed in this Article.

To create a Age Group Custom Field, you use the steps listed in this Article.

To create a Gender Custom Field, you use the steps listed in this Article.

To create a Country Custom Field, you use the steps listed in this Article.

To create a U.S. States Custom Field, you use the steps listed in this Article.

5.2 You can select another list if you would the subscriber to be added to that list. (Please note that these additional subscriptions will be silent; no confirmation, no service triggers and etc.)

5.3 Click on "Apply Settings"

5.4 To preview your subscription form click on "Layout & Preview".

 

Step 6.

6.1 You can rearrange the fields by dragging them in the order you prefer.

6.2 Click on "HTML Code".

 

Step 7.

Copy and paste the html code to your website and customize the html code as you want but you must not change the action of the form or the name of form elements.
